PROPERTY AUDIT
A property audit involves a thorough inspection to identify potential issues, including checks on light fittings, appliances, geysers, leaks, storm damage, alarms, and more. The goal is to ensure the property remains secure and well-maintained, whether the owner is local or overseas. Audits can be scheduled as a one-time service or on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This audit will also serve as the initial step in our retainer process.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
After a property inspection any identified issues will be documented and reported to the owners. We’ll then consult with the owners to decide on the best course of action. Our trusted team members or a reputable consulting company will be brought in to resolve the matter efficiently and promptly. We also do general maintenance and repair work.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Enjoy professional garden maintenance with guaranteed reliability! Services include lawn mowing, edge trimming, and much more. We offer flexible scheduling options, with garden care available weekly or bi-weekly to suit your needs.
HOUSEKEEPING
With our reliable housekeeping services, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your holiday home is always in excellent condition. We offer post-guest cleaning which entail a thorough clean after each guest departs. For regular maintenance choose from weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping to keep your property in top shape. Lastly we offer holiday coverage during busy holiday periods. We offer flexible cleaning schedules to accommodate higher guest turnover.
SECURITY CO. LIASON
We will serve as your liaison with the security company, handling alarm call-outs and overseeing any upgrades or installations.
KEY SERVICES
We provide a seamless check-in experience by personally delivering keys to guests and ensuring they receive them promptly. Additionally, we manage access for vendors to handle maintenance and cleaning, keeping your property in top condition for guests.
PROPERTY AIRING
We air out the holiday home before your visit to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment upon arrival.
PANTRY RESTOCKING
We can restock the pantry before the owners arrive by either following a provided list or ordering through your preferred delivery service, ensuring that everything is neatly organized and ready for their arrival.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
As a qualified petrol and diesel mechanic, Frikkie can ensure your vehicle’s battery is charged and the tyres are properly inflated and in excellent condition.
